1- You don't know where to start
Whether it's learning how to play the guitar or starting your fitness journey, taking the first step is always the hardest part, as you tend to feel lost and out of place.
What we can suggest for you as a beginner is to start with bodyweight training and pair it with mobility and flexibility training to help your body transition from not exercising to exercising, after gaining some functionality in your body, you can start going to the gym, we also advise you to get assistance from a trainer (coach).
2- You don't have time
Not having time is a lie, we all have the same 24 hours, the difference is how we manage them.
You can start by scheduling your day and writing down your to-do list for the day, try eliminating the extra time you spend scrolling on your phone and setting aside 20-30 minutes to go for a light walk or do a bodyweight session in your room.
Consistency is the key to breaking bad habits and building good ones.
3- Lack of motivation
We all experienced a lack of motivation at some point in our life, but once identify the causes, we can work on getting ourselves back on track.
Go for a walk
Walks can help your body release the feel-good hormones ' endorphins' that can relieve pain, reduce stress and improve mood.
Get enough sleep
Good sleep can boost your brain performance and uplift your mood.
Make it enjoyable
Having fun while you work out can help you relax, connect with other people and overall feel happy about yourself.
Avoid stress and negativity
Preventing and staying clear from stress can help lower the risks of health conditions as well as keep you in line with your journey and goals.
Surround yourself with people who support you or/and have the same interests as you
Having a good support system and a loving environment makes you feel energized and ready to conquer any challenges.
